We care for a variety of retired horses varying from beloved pets to Olympic Contenders (Von Perrier, 1996 Canadian 3-Day Team). We enjoy giving these horses the love and care they are used to while allowing them to transition to a life of leisure with their horse buddies. Retirement board is designed and priced for non-riding horses.
Includes daily hay and grain, regular worming, hoof trimming, and all care such as blanketing, fly spray, etc. Retired boarders are welcome to schedule visits, however facility use is not included and retirees are on a different nutrition program than working horses.
(Partial retirement boarders accepted on a case-by-case basis starting at $650/mo plus shoeing. Please ask KC for details and prices).
